Can I set up the beam on ceilings higher than 10 ft. (304 cm)?

  • The beam is only suitable for ceiling heights of 7.5'–10' (228 cm–304 cm).

Can I set up the beam on a drop ceiling?

  • Yes. Carefully put the beam on the cross section of the ceiling framework.

What is the minimum distance needed between my ceiling and cutting surface?

  • The minimum distance from the tabletop to the ceiling is 57 1/2″ inches.

Can I set up the beam to project onto the floor?

  • Yes. Install the beam like you normally would between the floor and ceiling, then lower the projector and projector carrier to about 50″ (127 cm) from the floor surface.

Is Ditto portable?

  • Ditto is incredibly portable and only weighs about 10 lbs. The beam (aka the tension rod the projector attaches to) telescopes down, and the cutting mat folds up as well.

Is internet connectivity needed?

  • Yes. You will choose and customize patterns on the website. Then you can project them from the app using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Click here to learn more about internet connection and troubleshooting.

Is Ditto compatible with Android and iOS?

  • Yes. To use the calibration system and project a pattern, you will need an iOS or Android device. You can access the website on a computer or an iOS/Android device.

What is the voltage requirement for the system?

  • Ditto works with worldwide household AC power outlets (100 VAC–240 VAC, 50 Hz or 60 Hz).

How bright is the projection light?

  • The Ditto projector shines at 120 lumens and has a 100,000 hour life span.

What kind of warranty or guarantee is offered with this product?
