You do not need a subscription to use your Ditto system, but it is more cost effective, even for the casual sewist. A monthly or annual Ditto subscription offers unlimited access to all Ditto brand patterns. Using the Bring Your Own Patterns feature requires an active subscription.

To purchase a subscription, you must first create an account. Then click the link above or use the pathway outlined in "Plan Types and Pricing" to buy a subscription.

You can also click the How Ditto Works tab in the upper left corner of the webpage and scroll down to the Start Today! heading. In the Get a Subscription box, you will see the View Subscription Plans button.

When you select it, you will see the available subscriptions outlined. Choose one and click Add to Bag. Click the shopping bag in the upper right corner of the webpage and follow the prompts to check out.

Monthly subscribers can pause or cancel their plans at any time. Sign into your account and hover over the Hi, [your name] drop down in the upper right corner of the webpage. Select My Account.

Choose My Subscription from the navigation bar on the left. Here you will find plan details such as the plan you purchased, the cost per month, and the renewal date. Below, you will see the options to pause or cancel. Call customer service at 1-888-844-5582 if you need assistance. If you pay your subscription using PayPal, you will need to call customer service to complete the cancellation.

You can pause your subscription for one month at a time for up to three months. If you pause your account, we retain your information for the duration of the pause, at which point you must either resume the subscription or cancel.

If you cancel, you will lose access to all products except individually purchased patterns. Reactivate your account within 90 days to recover your information. We understand, but we’re sad to see you go!

You must purchase a Ditto unit to receive a three month free subscription. Once purchased, scan the QR code located inside the Ditto box to activate the subscription.

Partner brand patterns are not included in subscription plans. To project these patterns, you must purchase them individually. This means that you can access them even if you cancel or pause your subscription (the same is true for individually purchased Ditto brand patterns).

Printable PDFs are included when a pattern is purchased individually. Printable PDFs are not included with the cost of a subscription.

These vary by brand. To see if a pattern comes with a printable PDF, check the pattern detail page, located just above Add to Bag.

At this time, you can only use the Ditto projector to project the patterns available on the Ditto website.
